Do you charge extra on holidays?
Yes, there is an additional $15 fee/day for all services rendered on holidays:
- January 1 – New Year’s Day
- May – Memorial Day weekend (Fri–Sun)
- April – Easter weekend (Fri–Sun)
- July – Independence weekend (Fri–Sun)
- September – Labor Day weekend
- October – Thanksgiving weekend (Th–Sun)
- December – Christmas Week
What is your Cancellation Policy for Hikes and Walks?
Cancellations for hikes and walks made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time will incur no fee.
If you cancel after 9:00 pm the night before, forget to cancel, or your dog is not present when we arrive, you will be charged the full hike/walk fee.
What is your Cancellation Policy for Boarding?
Cancellations for any boarding within 7 days (inclusive) of your dog’s stay will incur a 50% cancellation fee for the entire stay.
For summer, holiday weeks, vacation weeks, or holiday weekends, the cancellation window is 14 days (inclusive).
If you cancel any portion of your dog’s stay after drop-off or return early, you are still financially responsible for any booked services not used.
